About the Role We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high- growth environments and builds deep, trusted relationships with senior executives. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, client experience, and execution, helping private equity-backed companies and leadership teams achieve transformational growth. This role is part relationship-builder, part strategist, and part orchestrator -- ensuring everything we do is aligned with our clients' big-picture goals. You'll guide them through moments of change, uncover their real challenges (not just the ones they say out loud), and work closely with our internal teams to bring high-impact solutions to life. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our mission and solutions to life, working directly with clients to empower their success. * This is a remote position for someone located in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. * Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction. * Develop and execute strategic growth plans for clients, aligning branding, marketing, and other efforts with business objectives. * Lead strategic client workshops to shape strategy and drive alignment. * Align cross-functional teams (creative and operations) to deliver high-impact campaigns and projects. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, market data, and business objectives. * Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, employer brand strategies, and other growth initiatives. * Ensure exceptional project management , keeping engagements on time and on budget, delivering measurable results. * Identify upsell opportunities and expand client relationships through strategic guidance and additional service offerings. * Stay ahead of market trends in private equity, high-growth companies, branding, communications, and marketing to inform client strategy. * Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously refine and improve Allegrow 's service offerings based on client needs and market shifts. * Travel as needed for onsite client visits, workshops, and strategy sessions. Who You Are * Experienced Account Manager: You have more than*5 years of client-facing experience* in a strategic marketing, consulting, or agency setting. * Strategic thinker: You're able to see the big picture and translate business goals into actionable strategies. * Relationship builder: You're a trusted advisor to your clients, known for your ability to build strong, long-term relationships. * Highly proactive: You anticipate client needs, solve problems before they arise, and take initiative without waiting for direction. * Project management guru: You're skilled at juggling multiple projects, ensuring flawless execution, and aligning all stakeholders. * Results-driven: You understand how to tie marketing, branding, and consultative efforts to tangible business results. * Excellent communicator: You can clearly articulate complex ideas , present confidently to executives, and craft compelling strategies. * Private equity knowledge: While not required, experience working with private equity-backed companies or understanding their unique challenges is a strong plus.
