We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Representative who already has an established book of business and a strong understanding of the laboratory services industry. Responsibilities: * Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships with healthcare providers, medical offices, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. * Promote and sell a wide range of laboratory testing services (e.g., clinical diagnostics, blood work, toxicology, PCR, wellness panels, etc.). * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within your network and beyond. * Educate clients on our lab's capabilities, turnaround times, quality assurance processes, and unique service advantages. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients. * Stay current with industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor activity to position our services effectively. Requirements: * Proven experience in medical sales with a focus on laboratory services. * Must have an existing book of business and strong industry relationships. * Deep understanding of the medical laboratory industry, including workflow, testing modalities, compliance standards, and reimbursement processes. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a dynamic portfolio of clients. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
