Job Overview Established team is seeking a licensed real estate broker who is interested in partnering in a unique, well-capitalized new venture. Must possess a desire to work hard and smart for big compensation. * Assist clients and your teammates in buying, selling, and investing. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and market trends. * Manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including documentation and compliance checks. * Manage real estate agents effectively. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other real estate professionals with whom we conduct regular business. Skills * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. * Proficient in real estate administrative tasks with attention to detail. * Excellent customer service skills. * In-depth knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. * Proven sales skills with a track record. * Knowledge of the affordable end of the San Diego market, including the mobile/manufactured market and ADU regulations is preferred. * Experience working as a broker and managing real estate agents is strongly preferred, not not absolutely necessary. * Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
