Job Description The RV Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the sales department, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, team development, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the RV market, and a passion for driving results. Key Responsibilities * Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring a positive customer experience. * Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. * Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Inventory Oversight: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. * Reporting: Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
