As an Appointment Setter, you will play an important role in connecting potential customers with our expert sales representatives. Youll be the first point of contact, helping educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and setting appointments that lead to positive experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential customers in the field to introduce our services. * Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested clients. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up appointments. * Educate leads about our solar solutions and answer any preliminary questions they may have. * Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and share feedback from leads.
