About the Role As a Sales Representative in our landscape construction and home renovation division, you'll be the face of ZebraScapes in the Tri-City area. This role combines creativity, relationship building, and sales expertise to design and sell projects that bring clients' visions to life. What You 'll Do * Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Identify and pursue new project opportunities to grow our customer base. * Create professional proposals, designs, and presentations tailored to client needs. * Collaborate closely with the Foreman and team to ensure project success and client satisfaction. * Serve as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through the renovation process with honesty and expertise. What We 're Looking For You're not just a salesperson--you're a relationship builder with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Must-Have Qualifications * Proven Sales Experience: At least 3 years of success in a consultative sales environment. * Construction Knowledge: Experience in construction or design (landscaping and home remodeling is a plus). * Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication to connect with clients and colleagues. * Motivation and Integrity: Self-driven, reliable, and committed to excellence. * Driver 's License: A valid Arizona Driver's License and a clean driving record.
