Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Duties * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients and gather feedback. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. * Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to effectively assist customers.
