Full description of the position

Wedding Sales Manager Full-Time Great Opportunity to work at a new all-seasons resort in Northern Catskills - Wylder Windham Hotel. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and skilled person to become apart of our sales team as our Wedding Sales Manager. The Wedding Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and managing sales for wedding events, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maximizing revenue. They handle inquiries, provide tours, manage contracts, and coordinate with various departments and vendors to execute seamless wedding events. Our four-season resort offers 110 hotel rooms, 1 restaurant, 1 bakery with 20 acres of land alongside the Batavia Kill River, our family-friendly, all- season resort is filled with endless opportunities. This newly reimagined property offers 4.000 square feet of indoor and outdoor wedding, events and meeting space. We are looking for someone who is both willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard and has a desire to produce a first-class experience for our guests. Looking for applicants who are positive, upbeat, team-oriented, and a people person. Key Responsibilities: * Handle initial inquiries, providing information on packages, services, and options. * Conduct tours of the venue. * Work with couples to personalize their wedding packages and ensure their needs are met. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. * Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Act as the primary point of contact for all wedding inquiries and bookings. * Prepare and distribute event orders, communicating and confirming any changes with staff. * Coordinate all event details leading up to and including the day of the event with the catering team. * Manage the event budget and ensure financial accuracy. * Manage the pre-event and post-event phases of an event, including billing and client communication. * Maintain up-to-date client profiles and track customer feedback. * Prepare reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. * Utilize CRM and other software to manage sales processes and track events.
