Individuals we hire receive training on the basics of construction, insurance, and the storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims. * Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage * Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process * Creating estimates and measuring home exteriors * Marketing/lead generation for new prospects * Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings * Maintain company metrics for closing rates and profitability Qualifications to be a JB West Storm Sales Representative * Ability to be self sufficient and generate a sales pipeline * Minimum 2 years of roofing or exterior remodeling experience * Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Ability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturday appointments * Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required * Strong work ethic and motivated to earn money * Ability to climb a ladder to a roof You will be a great fit if: * You love identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through prospecting, door-to-door cold calling, networking, and utilizing your sphere of influence. * You thrive on interacting with homeowners/customer and helping them solve their problems with best-in-class home exterior solutions. * You love to learn and continuously develop your sales and leadership skills. * You understand the significance of being a team player and work well with others. * You appreciate that success isn't just given, it is earned and you strive to be competitive with those around you. * You love being outside, using your hands, and traveling locally. * You love selling and exceeding sales goals.
