Desoto Auto Mall in Arcadia, FL is in immediate need of a qualified, driven General Manager (GM) / General Sales Manager (GSM). We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager/General Sales Manager to lead our team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, customer service, and operational excellence. As the General Manager,/ General Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, manage resources effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Chrysler/Stellantis experience a plus.
