Duties * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of various insurance products and services. * Identify potential clients through market research and networking. * Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, explaining policy options and benefits. * Negotiate terms of insurance contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using sales administration tools. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively position products.
