Role Description This is a commission-based hybrid role for a Life Health Insurance Broker located in Henderson, NV. The Life Health Insurance Broker will be responsible for insurance brokerage, finance, customer service, and retirement planning. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance needs by providing expert advice and tailored solutions. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best coverage options available. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a strong ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify the best insurance products available. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and prospecting for new clients. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes. * Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
