Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor/Sales Location: Yakima, WA Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: General Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor/Sales Professional to oversee cleaning operations while driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. This hybrid role combines hands-on supervisory responsibilities with business development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in both operational and sales environments. Key Responsibilities: Supervisory Duties: * Schedule & supervise janitorial staff across multiple job sites to ensure consistent and high-quality service. * Train, schedule, and evaluate team members to maintain performance standards. * Conduct regular inspections of job sites and address any issues or deficiencies promptly. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Sales & Client Relations: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial sectors * Prepare and present customized cleaning service proposals to potential clients. * Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote retention and Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales & supervision. Experience preferred in B2B sales. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
