Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the swimming pool construction process, sales, and the ability to help customers turn their dreams into a reality! Responsibilities * Consultative Selling: Become a trusted advisor to our customers and help guide them to their dream pool with expertise. * Design Specialist: Work closely together with customers to create pool designs using Pool Studio software that will give them a perfect representation of what to expect. * Relationship Builder: Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the entire process. * Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with other team members to ensure the success of everyone in the company as a whole. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and over-delivering on what is promised. Experience * Proven experience in swimming pool construction or a similar role. * Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. * Experience with Structure Studios software. * Familiarity with swimming pool equipment's and products, and the ability to convey information clearly to customers if needed.
