Duties * Educate individuals and families on life insurance tools to build generational wealth. * Guide clients in choosing the right coverage based on their personal goals, needs, and budget. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and check-ins. * Attend ongoing training sessions to stay current on industry trends and product offerings. * Participate in team calls, training, and professional development opportunities. * Embrace a flexible schedule while building your own business within our system. Requirements * Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow personally and professionally. * Comfortable working independently and in a team environment. * Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we will help guide you through the process). Please note: This opportunity requires a future investment of $200 -$500 for licensing and onboarding.
