Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to enhance and develop training programs tailored to apprentices. Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess the progress of apprentices, providing constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement. Resource Coordination: Ensure apprentices have access to the necessary resources and tools for successful learning and skill acquisition. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with apprentices, fostering an environment of trust and open communication. Industry Engagement: Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends to continually improve apprenticeship programs. Requirements Education: A degree in business management, insurance, or related field is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in management or insurance is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and develop apprentices. Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Adaptability: Ability to work in a flexible hybrid remote environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and software used in management and insurance sectors.
