We are searching for someone who is knowledgeable about natural crystals and minerals. Location: Melbourne, FL Job Type: Part-time to start, with opportunity for growth Compensation: Hourly (Starting at $23/Hr) + Bonus Incentives (based on live show sales performance once hosting alone) What You 'll Be Doing: * Hosting live sales on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Live, or others). * Engaging with customers during live sales in a fun, professional, and energetic manner. * Presenting and describing crystal inventory accurately and enthusiastically. * Answering basic customer questions about products during live events. * Assisting in prepping inventory for live sales (labeling, organizing tables, marketing, setup tasks). * Working with the team to optimize sales flow and drive customer excitement. * Handling sales claims during live events quickly and correctly (training provided). * Assisting with content creation (live show teasers, TikToks, Instagram stories, etc.). Sales & Online Store Management * List new mineral specimens on the company website, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images. * Execute marketing strategies, including social media outreach and promotional sales. * Engage in direct customer outreach to increase online sales and enhance customer relationships. Customer Service & Order Management * Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and address concerns professionally. * Ensure a seamless buying experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up. Live Sales Participation * Co-host live sales events during training paeriod, assisting with mineral presentations and customer interactions. * Accurately manage invoicing and order processing in real time during live events. * Must be able to work 1-2 evenings per week during live sale events. Your other shifts will be daytime. Physical Requirements & Rock Handling * Must be able to lift and carry heavy boxes of rocks up to 40 LBS per box on a daily basis. Must be able to carry boxes up and down stairs as needed. * Assist with unpacking and setting up inventory for sales and live events. Who We 're Looking For: Passion for minerals and knowledge of different crystal types. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and sales outreach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfortable with social media, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing. Reliable, organized, and physically capable of handling inventory movement.
