Duties * Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and services. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring customers are well-informed. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone. * Supervise junior staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
