Chief Growth Officer (CGO) Elon Corporation - Startup Journey | Equity & Performance-Based Compensation About Elon Corporation Elon Corporation is going on its startup journey, pursuing Women-Owned Small Business (WoSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned SB (SDVoSB), then for 8(a) certification. Backed by 100+ years of collective experience, we specialize in: * Network Engineering, Design & Troubleshooting * Security (Zero Trust & Posture Management) * Cloud Solutions * Program Management * Product Development * Emerging Technologies like AI and Data Management We serve Federal, state & local governments (including K-12 and higher-ed), and will expand into enterprise and commercial markets. Role Overview As our inaugural Chief Growth Officer, you will own Elon's revenue P&L and architect a bold 10-year roadmap to $100 M ARR. You'll build on our government contracting foundation--leveraging GSA, IDIQs, and strategic partners--while leading expansion into enterprise and commercial segments. Key Responsibilities * 10-Year Growth Roadmap: Define and iterate a milestone-driven plan to reach $100 M ARR within a decade. * Government GTM Strategy: Lead Federal, state, and local pursuits (K-12, higher-ed), navigating procurements, set-asides, and certifications. * Enterprise & Commercial Expansion: Identify high-value segments, craft differentiated value props, and build channel/alliance ecosystems. * Existing Partner Leverage: Leverage existing relationships with governmentcontracting firms for joint ventures and subcontracting to establish delivery excellence. * Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and scale sales, BD, and customer success teams--instilling a metrics-driven, high-velocity culture. * Strategic Alliances: Forge technology and SI partnerships, negotiate co-sell agreements, and drive mutual go-to-market motions. * Customer Success & Retention: Implement programs and KPIs (renewal rates, expansion bookings) to maximize lifetime customer value. Desired Qualifications * 15+ years in senior growth/sales leadership at technology firms, with direct wins in Federal and state/local government (K-12, higher-ed). * Proven track record scaling from government into commercial/enterprise markets. * Deep knowledge of GSA schedules, IDIQs, 8(a), WoSB/SDVoSB set-aside vehicles. * History of building teams from startup to $50 M revenue. * Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable in founder-led, equity-oriented environments.
