Full description of the position
Sales Director - USA RDE a global leader in high-quality audio technology, is seeking a US based Sales Director to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the strategic sales plan, aligned with global objectives, to meet the sales target for the US. * Directly own the strategic relationships with key accounts and major retail partners (both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar), including Best Buy, Amazon, Target and B&H * Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships to expand RDE's footprint * Lead joint business planning, performance tracking, and quarterly business reviews with key customers * Partner with the marketing team to ensure impactful execution of regional campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies. * Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform planning and decision-making * Attend major industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as the face of RDE in North America * Line management responsibility for the US sales team What We're Looking For * Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership within consumer electronics, pro audio, or a related industry * Deep understanding of the North American market, including B2B and retail dynamics * Strong relationships and experience managing key accounts across distribution, MI, CE, and retail channels * Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent commercial acumen * Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills * Passion for audio technology, content creation, and empowering creative professionals * Ability to travel regularly across North America and occasionally to Sydney HQ.
