To be a successful product specialist, you must have a passion for the products and truly want to become an expert at product knowledge. Outstanding product specialists should have the ability to listen to customer needs, inspire clients, create repor, ask for the sale, and work both independently and within a team. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Direct clients to online tools available for reviewing vehicle options, packages, features, etc. * Prepare and present demo vehicles so the latest technology is enabled and ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.) * Explain product performance and benefits. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles * Assist with lead generation by managing incoming provided internet leads & set appointments for vehicle demonstrations all over email and text communication. * Create business through personal marketing; social media utilization, personal branding, videos, etc. * Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly. * Collaborating and strategizing with the management team on marketing plans. * Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing. * Planning and assisting with new product releases and events. * Capable of creating a personal business plan with the assistance of management. * Attend daily sales meetings and utilize training to further one's success. * Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders. * Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue. Requirements: * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. * Prepared to be mentored by senior sales managers and grow. * Eager to learn about the automotive industry and help customers. * Ready to hit the ground running on learning new vehicles and products. * Outgoing and resourceful with a friendly personality. * Have quality customer service skills. * Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work both independently and on a team. * A desire to win, be successful and achieve goals.
