Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses Job Summary: Allstate is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and other personal lines of coverage. You'll play a critical role in growing the agency's book of business through proactive outreach and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound sales calls to leads and existing customers. * Educate clients on Allstate insurance products and coverage options. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Provide quotes and close sales in compliance with Allstate standards and state regulations. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Collaborate with team members and participate in training and development activities. Qualifications: * High school diploma * Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance, call centers, or telemarketing preferred but not required. * Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable working with sales quotas and in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
