Overview The role of International Sales Support is to provide best in class sales support to our customers via phone, web, and email. This position will assist across multiple functions of the business including sales support, sales operations, office administration and account management support. You will support your Senior Account Manager and their Sales Region on various tasks as assigned including updating of the sales CRM system. You will also perform key sales operations functions as requested by the Global Sales Operations manager including processing customer orders, managing local inventory and general tasks as assigned. Responsibilities Supporting Senior Account Manager on tasks as assigned including: * Producing customer quotes. * Updating CRM system. * Proactively calling customers to provide sales updates. * Generating new sales opportunities. Supporting Global Sales Support manager on tasks as assigned including: * Processing customer orders * Managing local inventory * Ordering items from approved vendors & suppliers * Maintaining sales operations processes Onboarding and Setting up new customers Learning our portfolio to provide customer training General office administration tasks Skill Requirements * Sales Support and Sales Operations experience. * Experience with telephoned based customer management. * Experienced in dealing with international customers. * Strong desire and ability to continuously learn new products and (telecom) technologies. * Proficiency in English language with developed written and verbal communication skills. * Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. * A good understanding & interest in modern communications technology. * Developed problem-solving skills. * Excellent client-facing skills. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
