Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits and communication. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets. * Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, and report on progress. * Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Skills * Proven experience in sales management, particularly in a B2B environment. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies. * Experience in upselling technology products or services is highly desirable. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts effectively.
