We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Associate to immerse themselves in the communications world of mobility, broadband, and all things wireless-based within our company! We are looking for a future-focused and passionate Entry Level Sales Associate who will be responsible for all aspects of our sales and customer service departments. You will serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Our Entry Level Sales Associate will be provided hands-on training and development in sales and customer service to be at the forefront of working exclusively with our clients' customers daily. Ultimately, the goal for our next Entry Level Sales Associate is to build a strong foundation within event management, customer relations, and professionalism to prepare for your duties within the company! Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities: * As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for working directly with new and existing customers to manage their accounts and promote new services available to them * Generate sales reports to analyze campaign performance and identify trends * Communicate observations, ideas, or customer feedback to the Sales Associates * Work alongside other team members to most effectively achieve projected fundraising goals * Tailor your interactions to each customer's unique requirements, offering in-depth product knowledge * Participate in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to review customer satisfaction and target areas for improvement regarding their experience * Assist other departments and Entry Level Sales Associate team members to expand the customer base, client territory, and personal skill development Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications: * Prior working experience in customer service, sales, client-facing, or consumer engagement roles is preferred - demonstrated leadership roles is a bonus * Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex customer issues * Exhibit effective interpersonal skills and sensitivity in interactions, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively, depending on the client and the product offerings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
