Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and managing client relationships in a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills, be proficient in Salesforce, and have a knack for lead generation and account management. Your primary goal will be to analyze customer needs and provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth. * Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for expansion. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's needs. * Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance customer experience. * Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's products and services. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role within a B2B/ B2C setting. * Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and accounts. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
