We are now hiring a Customer Service Representative. This is an entry-level position. Position Type: Full Time - 5 AM to 7 PM Availability. Must be available to work weekends as needed. Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Overview: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be placed in the frontlines of a fast-paced environment that rewards critical thinking, advanced problem solving, and teamwork. A successful CSR in our company will be able to navigate the countless personalities encountered on a daily basis. You will be the bridge between our clients' hiring needs and our candidates seeking their next career opportunity. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including managing client inquiries and maintaining client relationships, recruiting temporary candidates and matching them with the best-fit clients, business development following our sales metrics, and maintaining compliance of all paperwork, files, and records. Responsibilities: * Work location is in-person, at office. * Identify and place candidates in both short-term and long-term assignments, matching client needs with the right talent. * Process job orders from companies who wish to utilize our services. * Dispatch employees to job sites. * Accurately process temporary staff payroll. * Outbound calls when recruiting new temporary employees. * Onboarding procedures while hiring new and previous temporary employees. * Outbound sales calls to companies who may have a need for temporary staffing. * Setting appointments for clients to meet with the Branch Manager. * Foster positive relationships with a diverse range of personalities. * Other duties as assigned.
