We are looking to hire a full time Agent Onboarding Specialist. Responsibilities * Coordinate training with new agents * Conduct training and onboarding with new agents * Track progress and schedule necessary follow ups * Work in Compass systems * Work with agents to troubleshoot and offer support * Respond to carrier and agent requests and emails in a timely manner * Flow into other areas of Agent/Client support as needed * Provide feedback to management on daily challenges to improve results Qualifications * Hardworking, perseverant, and consistent work ethic * Familiarity with Word and Excel (basic) * Good technology skill set - learning to use new platforms, browser navigation, data entry, folder management, etc * Great attention to detail * Good phone etiquette Additional Information * Flexible hours/schedule * Detailed one-on-one training on daily activities * Competitive hourly pay + Incentive * Monthly "BestYou" Reimbursement Program Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: In person
