CycleBar Portland is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for indoor cycling and customer service and sales experience. S/he will be a personable, efficient and quick thinker in a fast-paced environment. S/he must have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members. S/he is rooted in hospitality and upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experience. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. CBX Responsibilities * Manage front desk, check in and greet clients * Provide tours of the studio * Bike set-up and troubleshoot * Clean studio and facilities in between classes to include wiping bikes down, mopping up the floors, provide clean towels * Daily customer outreach, follow-up on leads, book rides for new clients CBX Background * Part-time entry level position * Preferably, customer service, hospitality experience * Friendly, outgoing, personable * Reliable * Ability to form relationships with clients Pay & Benefits * Two-shift minimum is required. Must be able to do weekends.
