The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Hotel's Catering Sales Operation to include direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration and public relations, in accordance with company standards. Responsible for the deployment of departmental actions and catering strategies to meet team and company goals and for the internal and external communications required to deliver excellent guest service and satisfaction. Prospect, solicit and close new business as well as maintain repeat clients. Handle all major events and VIP clients.
