Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to effectively communicate our products and services to potential customers. Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Engage in outside sales activities, including meeting potential clients in person. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling. * Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs. * Collaborate with the business development team to strategize sales initiatives. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's needs. * Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing deals. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer requirements. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Skills * Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation. * Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry. * Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous for understanding product offerings. * Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
