A prominent Auto Dealership is looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to our team. This position demands a high-energy professional who has experience creating a positive sales environment and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining a strong relationship with prime and subprime lenders * Establish and maintain working relationships with Auto Manufactures * Be proficient with inventory management * Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options * Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards, while maintaining gross profit and customer service index (CSI) * Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs * Achieve monthly forecasted income and penetration levels * Work with service department to keep all pre-owned inventory marketable * Follow up on sales leads by effectively working with sales consultants and assisting the sales team in closing deals Qualifications: * Proven track record of achieving goals * Strong attention to details and the ability to work in a process driven environment * Outstanding communication skills * Ability to manage and lead people * Excellent organizational skills * Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Dealership: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Chicago, IL 60615 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Chicago, IL 60615: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
