About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to lead the acquisition of new commercial and industrial clients in a market where demand is already rising. You’ll have the autonomy to own your territory, the support of an experienced team, and the satisfaction of selling something that businesses need.
This is not a remote role. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Akron, OH, with the flexibility to travel to client sites and industry events nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across assigned sectors
- Deliver tailored proposals with clear ROI value
- Conduct presentations with C-level executives and operations teams
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to signed agreement

What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (energy, construction, or technical services preferred)
- A strong grasp of solution-based selling and consultative relationship management
- Excellent communication, closing, and negotiation skills
- A high sense of personal accountability and self-motivation
- A willingness to travel to support opportunities and relationships
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
