We are looking for inside sales representatives, initially focusing on lead generation. This will be an exciting opportunity for someone who is outgoing, excited, positive & goal oriented. Previous phone sales experience is a major plus along with those who have a sense of humor, mentally strong & are personable. We need go-getters who want a chance to break into a rewarding career path.

You will be responsible for making 70-100 calls daily, generating leads, qualifying customers & sparking interest in buying our extensive product offerings. We have all the tools & procedures in place to support your success. Its extremely simple, but not easy. Thats why true salespeople make big bucks.

Fundamentals:

• Outbound calls to a full set of leads provided.
• Follow up on additional inbound leads & sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop ideas & strategies for sales conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of all contact & sales activity within our CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service experience for every prospect & client.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, rapport & relationship building skills.
• Attention to detail & creative thinking.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook & CRM software is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18 per hour plus commission

Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm (no weekends or overtime)
