Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to focus exclusively on the North Carolina market. This is a fully remote, 1099 contractor role that offers base + commission with significant income potential. Your mission will be to identify and engage businesses across North Carolina in need of Fractional Executive Services in operations, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Target and engage companies in North Carolina hiring or in need of: COO, CMO, VP of Sales, or other executive-level operational leadership
- Conduct strategic outreach via email, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calls (Apollo is used for lead generation).
- Present Exec Ops Pros value proposition to decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, and Presidents)
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations with Exec Ops Pros leadership team
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data in CRM tools using HubSpot as our CRM.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to refine outreach

Ideal Candidate
- Based in or with strong networks in North Carolina
- B2B sales experience or experience in consulting/professional services (preferred)
- Driven, independent, and motivated by results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a commission-based role
Compensation
Up to 10% Commission on Gross Billable Hours for the first 12 months of each closed deal
Hourly client billing rates typically range from $250 to $350+, providing strong commission potential
Exec Ops Pro will provide proof of billable hours and rate confirmation for transparency
