You will be trained on generating leads by door knocking in storm damaged areas, performing simple roof inspections, and getting contracts signed by homeowners. We help clients through the insurance process and if we are able to have insurance pay for the roof our crews perform the work. This is a commission based job, we do have a draw system to help first year hires stay afloat until the checks start coming in. The profit split on jobs you sell starts high and goes even higher very quickly. After 5 jobs sold it bumps up and after 10 jobs it goes up again. This is a highly lucrative position for those who are mentally tough and can delay gratification. Every single first year person who stuck it out and worked the entire season last year made 6 figures. We have a wonderful sales team of hardworking, honest people. Your manager will be a resource to guide you through your first year with us. Managers give one on one guidance and high quality group trainings on a regular basis. There is also a straightforward path to becoming a manager and making additional commissions from those you manage as well as having your split go up as they bring in more jobs.
