Our commitment lies in providing comprehensive workforce solutions, and we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing team as a Business Development Associate.
Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Execute a minimum of 100 touches per week through a strategic blend of emails, cold calls, and appointments to proactively generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
"Beat the Streets" Cold Calls: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive cold calling to gather valuable market intelligence and expand our client base.
Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain all client and prospect information in the company's database or CRM system, ensuring a robust and up-to-date repository of valuable insights.
Deal Facilitation: Collaborate closely with the team during the initial 4-6 months to initiate and nurture client relationships. Focus on acquiring in-depth knowledge of the industry and market dynamics. Work with senior team members to facilitate deal closures and assist in negotiating terms/mark-ups.
Commission Structure: Enjoy a commission structure aligned with the successful Career1 CA model, providing lucrative incentives for outstanding performance and achievement of sales targets.
Expense Management: Request and responsibly utilize a company card under your name for approved business-related expenses, including lunches and gifts, in collaboration with team members and as sanctioned by management.
Collaborative Recruitment: Initially, support the recruitment process by working collaboratively with the team to identify and place candidates in positions. As the team expands and performance metrics are met, the focus will gradually shift more towards business development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
