Position Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Location: Sterling, Virginia
Status: Full Time - Hybrid Remote after the training period

Jones Networking is recruiting for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a Sales Department in Sterling, VA. This career opportunity provides direct support to the Sales Teams, Sales Directors and VP of Sales. Sales Coordinator Position Summary:
-Update, maintain and review price lists on established pricing structures
-Responsible for the preparation and development of specification sheets
-Organize sales presentation material
-Process client forms for new and existing customers and vendors in support of the sales process
-Submit samples to clients
-Assist in preparation of sales review presentation reports
-Prepare analytical reports to support sales channel needs
-Update and maintain customer reports, sales forecast, and budgets for assigned sales channels
-Work closely with Sales Directors to meet customer needs
-Assist with special projects and research to support the sales team

Qualifications Summary:
-Bachelor's Degree is required. Willing to train a college graduate
-Strong analytical and organizational skills
-Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
-Ability to easily nurture relationships with customers and vendors
-Proficiency in Office 365
