Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the roofing industry, including commercial and residential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
• Manage and oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and vendors.
• Manage and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• This position requires travel 75% in our targeted marketing areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service within the roofing industry preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
