Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hunter mentality with exceptional follow up and follow through
- Take responsibly over your book of business and the results
- Negotiate and close deals with a great attitude and mindset on winning and serving your customer
- Exceptional account management and client centric attitude
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Analyzing investment opportunities for viability
- Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations
- Developing and executing strategic outreach plans to identify and connect with potential investors
- Conducting research and analysis on market trends and investment opportunities
- Collaborating with Account Managers to drive results
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Energetic, positive, and driven demeanor to succeed with excellence
- Financially motivated, numbers and metrics driven for desired earning potential
- Must possess the qualities of a disciplined and self-managing individual
- Open & receptive to coaching
- Learning based mindset
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines
- 2 years of experience with CRM software
- 2 years of experience with lead generation and prospecting
- 2+ years of experience with closing deals
Highly Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry
