Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telemarketer for the Carrollton area. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting their products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills. The Ideal candidate is self driven and motivated.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote our products or services to potential customers
- Engage in effective communication and build rapport with customers
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred
- Strong verbal communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and tracking purposes
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
