We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler/BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our appointment schedule, greeting clients, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. They will also source and manage new leads to create additional work for the shop.

Responsibilities:

• Manage appointment scheduling for clients and staff

• Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Manage new leads to encourage more work for the shop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
