As a Commission-Only Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is to sell various insurance products to clients. This role requires proactive outreach to potential clients, educating them about different insurance options, and helping them choose policies that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Explain policy features, benefits, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients.
• Customize insurance packages to fit clients' budgets and requirements.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and receive referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
