Pioneer Production Services is the award-winning production studio that creates national television programs like Viewpoint ([please apply online] Pioneer Production Services is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and talented sales and marketing representatives to secure content underwriters for their television programs.

This is an executive level inside sales and marketing position for experienced professionals looking to provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for businesses looking to increase their footprint via television (no previous TV and/or sales experience required, but enthusiasm for the medium is a must). The position consists of supervising your own stories in order to secure potential client content and funding for educational documentaries.

Phone sales experience is a plus for this position. Individuals should be excellent communicators and confident closing media contracts. The position provides exceptional income potential, and an opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization. Pioneer Production Services, LLC values both integrity and work ethic. This is a salary-based position with commission, and the combined salary and commission compensation ranges from $90,000 to $170,000 for the first year. Team members must be creative, self-starters, and research savvy, should expect to function in a high-energy and exciting work atmosphere.

Requirements:

Potential candidates must have the following experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing/sales related positions.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to close contracts.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
