Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills and a passion for sales to excel in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Sell various types of insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance coverage and recommend appropriate policies
- Utilize various sales techniques, such as telemarketing and retail sales, to generate leads and close sales
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable coverage options
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to insurance sales
- Must possess a valid driver's license
