This position will require knowledge of heavy duty parts, automotive and/rv industry.

Summary Description:

Performs a variety of customer service, in-store, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counterparts' sales and customer service responsibilities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs.
Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers
Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
Provide service technicians with parts as required.
Maintains the retail sale floor and displays.
Controls store inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhance the cleanliness of products and the retail sales area.
When working at the parts counter, prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the store follow.
Processes warranties and new return merchandise as required.
Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
Uses stores equipment and resources safely and proficiently.

Requirements:

Performs other tasks as required.
Verify receiving documents.
Should be knowledgeable in merchandising, parts ordering, parts lookup, parts cross-reference, inventory, and troubleshooting and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Knowledge of Napa Tracs, NTP, and Dometic parts operating system preferred but not required
Ability to interpret customer needs
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Good organizational skills
Sales required
RV and parts knowledge a must

Physical Demands:

Requires the use of both hands
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, etc.
Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
