Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. A current Colorado P&C license is required. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating sales, and promoting insurance products to clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of insurance policies.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on various insurance options and help them choose the right coverage
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide accurate quotes to clients
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies
- Market insurance products to potential clients through various channels

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse clientele
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
