Job Title: Retail Sales Associate & Beer/Wine Bar Attendant

Job Description: We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates & Beer/Wine Bar Attendants at our vibrant retail store and bar. Our store offers a unique shopping experience, featuring a diverse selection of men's and women's clothing, flip-flops, sunglasses, and gifts, alongside a curated collection of craft beers and wines.Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise displays are attractive and fully stocked.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.Educate customers on our beer and wine offerings, assisting with selections and providing recommendations.Prepare and serve beverages to guests in our beer and wine bar, ensuring quality and adherence to legal regulations.Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and monitor guest alcohol consumption.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and create a welcoming atmosphere.Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.Stay informed about current fashion trends, product updates, and promotions.Qualifications:Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.Passion for interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service.Knowledgeable about beer and wine varieties, with the ability to make recommendations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work late afternoon to evening shifts and occasional weekends.Must be at least 21 years [please apply online] This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour, plus tips.
