Salary: $17-$20 per hour

Job Description:

The Driver/merchandiser plays a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring the timely delivery of our premium products to retail and foodservice customers. This dynamic position involves delivering perishable goods, managing warehouse operations, and merchandising products in-store. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong attention to detail. This individual must have the ability to excel working both independently and as a member of a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering perishable goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring truck maintenance schedule and coordinating necessary maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Conducting itemized check-ins of delivered goods with customer representatives to ensure accuracy.
• Utilizing the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to merchandise products and maintain freshness.
• Removing out-of-date products from shelves and place in credit bins.
• Ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines and company standards.
• Communicating effectively with store personnel and coordinating delivery schedules as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to speak and read English fluently
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; including basic math and reasoning skills
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs; push or pull objects up to 600 lbs.
• 1+ years of experience as Brand Associate or 3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, warehouse or similar role
• Successful mastery of Brand Associate essential functions and requirements
