Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, Sales & Marketing, the Sr. Account Managers will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their assignment channel partner account(s). This includes implementing and execute plans for leveraging the e-commerce marketplace to grow the business, focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious individual looking to be a part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?
Essential Job Duties:
- Maintain and grow long-lasting customer relationships with accounts via phone calls, emails, visits, etc.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives to grow sales and meet margin requirements
- Generate sales/revenue and increase turns by seeking or participating in promos for discounted/liquidated/new items from information supplied
- Drive sales through various online platforms, dependent upon assigned channels
- Create and execute promotions to increase product visibility
- Consistent reporting on sales analytics and metrics
- Identify and grow opportunities with managed accounts maintaining a competitive advantage with content, product, pricing, promos, and reviews
- Submit all active SKUs for approval for sale with accounts managed
- Manage all SKU content (images, verbiage, dimensions, etc.) up to date and accurate for accounts managed
- Ensure all SKUs are created within our internal (CMS) system with accurate information
- Implement and execute strategic plan for leveraging the e-commerce marketplace to grow the business, focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, and marketing activities
- Track weekly performance metrics and implement strategy to prove sales from both channel and SKU level
- Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings, advertisements and promotions
- Review the GM report on a monthly basis to make sure there are no significant outliers and you are meeting the companys goal per account
- Support the customer service team with any overflow, escalated issues, or other tasks
- Preparing and presenting a report on an assigned category (Category Presentation)
- Other duties as assigned by department supervisor, manager, and/or executive management.

What are we looking for in a candidate?
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- 3-5 years in successful track record in business development/e-commerce sales preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Proficient with MS Office (Advanced Excel required [i.e., SUMIF, INDEXMATCH, VLOOKUP functions).
- Bilingual Mandarin highly preferred.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
Competitive Pay - The U.S. base annual salary range for this full-time position is $26.00 $31.00/hour. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
